[ She wets her lips, though, carrying on. ] I thought to pick your mind, a little, if I may? I have a task I am not quite sure where to begin, I saw your stall and thought you might know where to start.

I will offer gladly what knowledge I have. Do you require a particular concoction?

Nothing, I hope, too complicated. I am planning a party - one you might know, actually, it is called Holi.

I am passingly familiar. Are you looking for pigment powders?

I am. They need to be cheap and easy to make, by preference.

Wisteria are not in season yet , but I have a small store of blue pigment I have already made from them already. I am afraid that will be limited.

I can easily supply reds, yellows, greens, and magenta. Rose petals, embrium petals, turmeric, spirulina, spindelweed, and beetroot will be the base pigments, and I'll mix them with potato starch.

Does that sound agreeable?

That sounds perfect. How much could you make of it?

The quantities will vary - the only limit on greens and magentas will be time. Turmeric is limited, but a little will go a long way. Reds and blues will be the most scarce.

That one I know. I have never had to beg for something so simple.

It would be in a few weeks, will that suffice to get a decent amount?
